American Culinary FederationTake Culinary Out of the Kitchen - The Culinary Arts and Hospitality Administration division is the premier training center for Alaska's hospitality and tourism industry. Our programs help students acquire the culinary skills, management skills, and hospitality finesse needed to develop a career in the expanding hospitality and foodservice industry. 

Accreditation: The Culinary Arts AAS program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation's Accrediting Commission.

Culinary boot camp

The Culinary Arts and Hospitality Administration Division will host the Culinary and Bakery Boot Camps for 11 to 17 years of age this Summer 2019. Each camp runs 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, at the Lucy Cuddy Hall on the main UAA campus. For more information, contact the Culinary Department at 907.786.1487.
