Advising Steps

Military Programs is committed to helping students successfully navigate the university’s academic environment. All students must meet with an academic advisor prior to beginning any program of study.

Students are encouraged to meet each semester for the purpose of reviewing their academic progress and planning future courses. The academic advisor will be able to assist students in the appropriate course sequence.

It is particularly important for students to meet with their advisor whenever academic difficulties arise.

Military Credit

You can request evaluation of your credits from the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) or your Joint Services Transcript (JST) here.

Military Programs Advisor

Students should schedule an appointment with Mel Kalkowski, Military Programs Director, via phone at (907) 753-0204 or email.
