If you've been awarded a baccalaureate degree from an institutionally accredited institution and are applying to enroll in a postbaccalaureate certificate, you are considered a postbaccalaureate student.
Postbaccalaureate certificate programs require an awarded baccalaureate degree from an institutionally accredited institution for admission.
Each postbaccalaureate program has specific requirements for admission, which may include additional application materials such as writing samples, goal statements, letters of recommendations, research proposals, etc. See the program pages for further information:

The online application takes about 15–30 minutes to complete and is free (a $25 fee is assessed for applications received during the late application period). You will create an account that will let you save your application and log back in any time to complete your application, upload additional admission documents, and check on your application status.
