Judy Green, CAFE Director


Prior to her appointment as Interim Director of CAFE, Judy served as Professor of Library Science in the Consortium Library, where she was the Library Liaison to the Education programs at UAA and APU.  She is a former Fulbright Scholar, having spent a sabbatical year teaching in Vietnam.  She was Co-Chair of the Teaching Excellence Committee at the time that CAFE was created and was one of the visionaries involved in its creation.  She has been involved in CAFE ever since, both serving on and chairing the Advisory Board and as a participant in their programs and offerings

Libby Roderick

Libby Roderick, CAFE Associate Director


Libby Roderick is the Associate Director for CAFE, focusing especially on issues related to difficult dialogues, sustainability and climate change, and effective teaching to diverse student populations. She serves on the Chancellor’s Advisory Council on Sustainability, and chairs the Communication and Culture subcommittee for the Council.

Liisa Morrison, CAFE Program Coordinator


Liisa Morrison is CAFE’s Office Manager. She keeps the entire enterprise afloat and functioning. Prior to joining CAFE in 2007, Liisa worked for ten years with the Union of Students, advising and providing support to over 40 student clubs at UAA.
