2003 Second Annual Full Lives Direct Support Staff Conference: Moving Forward Together

Full Lives: Moving Forward Together refers to the teamwork which enables individuals and families to receive appropriate supports. Teamwork is person-centered collaboration among individuals, families, DSP's, and their supervisors. All should feel that they are valued as individuals and seen as equal partners. All should have equal access to services, training, and support as well as opportunities to connect with peers, colleagues, and the community.
