George Suess is the Executive Director of the Delaware County ARC and author of "Shift Happens… Making the Shift to Proactive Behavior Management." George explored the power of positive reinforcement and engagement.

Beth Caldwell is a nationally noted consultant in ensuring strength-based and trauma sensitive care for persons facing special challenges. Beth also serves as faculty for the National Technical Assistance Center. In this capacity she has, over the past five years, provided training to staff from 48 states on creating coercive-free treatment environments.
