Module 6: Cross-Cultural Communication with China

September 26, 2013 (Thursday)

Module 6 is designed together with our partners at UAA Confucius Institute to help companies, organizations and individuals to successfully do business with China. In 2011, China became Alaska's largest trading partner and it's importance increases every year. This module will inform those who decided to make China the target market for their goods and services, how to successfully communicate with the Chinese and understand their mindset, cultural "dos and don'ts", and other practical information. Knowing cultural and psychological aspects of the Middle Kingdom will be beneficial for succeeding in Alaska's largest export market.
