Faculty Notification (FN) Letters

Faculty Notification Letters are generated by Disability Support Services for students who have supplied appropriate documentation for accommodations that require faculty involvement.

The notification letters are sent via email. Common topics addressed in FN letters are:

The letters are unique for each student.

Faculty notification will almost always occur through an email from the Disability Support Services Department, but at times a student may hand deliver a printed letter. These letters are strictly confidential in nature.
