Scheduling a Tutoring Appointment

Weekday tutoring (Monday-Friday) requires you to set up an appointment. To request a tutoring appointment, please submit the Tutor Request Form to the front desk, Suite 115. Please utilize the Tutoring Dates to Remember when scheduling.

Once we receive your Tutor Appointment Request Form, our staff will schedule the first tutoring appointment for you. Please specify your request for either a one-time appointment or recurring, weekly appointment. You are welcome to establish a tutoring frequency with the tutor that meets both of your schedules.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a tutoring appointment, please notify your tutor directly or call our front office staff at 786-7600 at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations less than two hours before the appointment start-time will be considered a no-show. If you are more than 10 minutes late for a tutoring session, you forfeit your appointment, and will be considered a no-show. If you miss two or more scheduled tutoring appointments without proper notice, your tutoring privileges will be suspended.

Please review the Responsibility of the Student agreement for an overview of tutoring policies. All students utilizing tutoring services will be required to adhere to the tutoring policies.
