What is the Annual Assessment Survey and why is it important?
The Annual Assessment Survey helps programs continuously improve, by encouraging annual review of student achievement of learning outcomes. The survey also enables the AAC to report on the status of assessment activities for institutional, accreditiation and BOR needs and purposes.
Which programs need to complete the survey?
All programs are required to submit the annual assessment survey based on the program's assessment activities completed each year. The Academic Assessment Committee allows programs that are assessed together with the same Program Student Learning Outcomes (PSLOs) to request program roll-up, so that they only need to submit one survey for their rolled-up programs. Requests for program roll-up should be submitted to the AAC at email@example.com.
When can our assessment coordinator take the survey?
The survey will be open April 1-June 15.
How long does the survey take?
The survey generally takes about 10-15 minutes.
Can I start the survey now and finish later?
No, you will need to complete the survey in one sitting. If you log out for any reason, the survey tool does not save your answers. To help you prepare, you can preview the survey questions before you begin by clicking here.
Whom do I contact if I need assistance with the survey?
Please contact the AAC directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Maria Stroth at email@example.com.
