It's all about convenience!

An application fee and refundable deposit are due at the time of application.  All other housing and dining fees will be assessed to your UAA student account prior to the start of each academic semester. Accounting Services will not be present during check-in to receive payment. It is recommended that you pay these fees in full prior to the UAA payment deadline for each semester.  Student accounts with the University of Alaska must be in good standing in order to live in on-campus housing.

Fees may be paid by cash, personal check, credit card or agency-sponsored authorization forms using one of the following methods:

  • Pay on UAOnline by using Visa or MasterCard

  • Pay in person at the Accounting Cashier Window in the University Center, Mondays-Fridays, 9:00 am-5:00 pm. After hours, you may drop off a check or credit card authorization in the Drop Box. (No cash in drop box please)
