AQR has a new issue

Alaska Quarterly Review is one of the best literary magazines in the nation and is produced at UAA. It features some of the best fiction, short plays, poetry and literary nonfiction.

The newest issue, which features Alaskan writers in a special section called Hidden Alaska, can be purchased locally at Borders and Barnes & Noble.

Alaska Quarterly Review has received numerous awards, including the Andres Berger award and the Governor's Award for the Arts, with selected works regularly chosen for inclusion in anthologies.
