Military strategic planner Thomas Barnett to speak at UAA

Thomas Barnett, a strategic planner and global conflict expert will speak at UAA on Thursday, April 5th at 7 p.m. in RH 101 on the topic of The Pentagon's New Map. Dr. Barnett has worked in national security affairs since the end of the Cold War. He is a New York Times bestselling author (The Pentagon's New Map) and a nationally-known public speaker. He is in demand within government circles as a forecaster of global conflict and as an expert on grand strategy.
