As part of the "Engaging Muslims" project, UAA will show the film "Cities of Light: the Rise and Fall of Islamic Spain" from 7 to 10 pm Tuesday, Nov. 13, in Rasmuson 101. Discussion to follow the movie. Learn how diversity and cultural exchange created a thriving medieval society that transformed Western culture but ultimately was destroyed by intolerance.
