Chum salmon topic of science talk Friday

The Biology Department will offer a guest speaker, Dr. Jeffrey Olsen of the Conservation
Genetics Laboratory of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Olsen's talk is described
as: "The influence of hydrographic structure and seasonal run-timing on genetic diversity
and
isolation-by-distance in chum salmon (Oncorhychus keta)."
