Summer 2009: Free FASD training

The Arctic Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Regional Training Center (FASD RTC) will be holding the first of a series of free, monthly FASD101 trainings on Friday, July 17 from 1 to 5 p.m. in Room 302A in the UAA/APU Consortium Library.

This training is open to all who are interested in learning about Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders; students and faculty in the health and allied health fields are especially encouraged to attend. Participants will learn about the biomedical bases of FASDs, as well as the basics of screening, assessment, treatment, and interventions.
