Anchorage Foundation's Advancement Services Department will relocate on Dec. 21

On Monday, Dec. 21, the University of Alaska Foundation's Anchorage Service Center will physically re-locate to the UA Foundation's Anchorage Office at the Bragaw Office Building (BOB).

This means that all UAA departments hand-deliver gifts (checks or currency) to the BOB suite 203 within 24 business hours of receipt for immediate processing. Do not use Intercampus mail to deliver checks or currency, as this method is not a suitable form of transportation for currency or checks.

Departments can continue to drop off checks at University Advancement, as UA Foundation staff will make daily pickups from University Advancement through the first half of calendar year 2010. Delivery to University Advancement may delay processing; however, direct delivery to BOB, suite 203 will result in immediate processing.

BOB 203 is located at 1815 Bragaw St. (in the Bragaw Office Complex to the left of East High School and on the corner of Bragaw and Reka Dr.). The UA Foundation's suite is on the second floor.

No permit is required to park in this lot.
