Congratulations to Gary Ellis, winner of the first Ping-Tung Chang Scholarship

The Committee for the Promotion of the Dr. Ping-Tung Chang Scholarship Fund announces the fund's first recipient, Gary Ellis, will receive $1,000. Gary Ellis is majoring in civil engineering and will graduate in May, 2011.
The Dr. Ping-Tung Chang Scholarship Fund was established in 2002 by a group of students wishing to honor mathematics professor Dr. Ping-Tung Chang. The students have worked tirelessly to achieve endowed status for this fund. The current balance is around $36,000. The final goal is $100,000.
