Spring 2011: UAA Planetarium adds more shows in January and announces its February schedule

The UAA Planetarium has just added more shows in January, and is now making the full February schedule public. Find them at the Planetarium website. You can buy your tickets off the website, or just go directly to UAATix.com.
SonicVision will continue on the second and fourth Fridays at 10 p.m. in January and February. DJs from campus radio station KRUA 88.1 FM will continue to bring their own musical flavor to the dazzling full-dome digital animations created by the American Museum of Natural History and MTV2. You'll never see the same show twice.
In addition, the Planetarium has scheduled a SonicVision show at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 18 and an early-evening version on Friday, Jan. 14 at 7 p.m. These shows by DJ T-Rexx and DJ Moonbass should appeal to a broader audience, but keep in mind that these shows will still be LOUD and are still only for ages 13 and up.
