Support Healthy Sexuality Week by encouraging your students to attend the following interactive presentations on campus. Even better, offer them extra credit for attending the activities.
Not Just a Pretty Face: Beauty Myths and Toxics in Personal Care Products
Tuesday, Feb. 8, Noon
Student Union, South Cafeteria
Join author and activist Stacy Malken to discuss her book, "Not Just a Pretty Face: The Ugly Side of the Beauty Industry,"
and learn more about the products you are using. Are they safe? Why are there so much
pressure to wear makeup? Can we demand our personal care products are non-toxic and
safe to use?
Everything I Know About Sex I Learned from 'Glee'
Tuesday, Feb. 8, 6 p.m.
The Commons, Lower Dining
Sex is discussed everywhere -- on TV, in books, magazines and among friends. How much
of this information is accurate? We'll use "Glee" to help us sort out truth from fiction
and have fun while doing it. Then, we'll serve popcorn and watch the next episode
of "Glee."

like the popular game show, with answers provided and participants providing the question.
Teams can be organized that night before the game. Winning teams will win prizes such
as Alyeska gift cards, iTunes gift cards, gift cards for local restaurants and more.
