UAA now has self-service web-based Tech Support

Need to report a technology problem to IT Services? Need to check the status of an IT Call Center request or reported problem? Need to find on-line resources on UAA technology?

UAA now has self-service web-based Tech Support available that will allow UAA users to report a problem, request service, check status on an open service ticket and search the ITS Knowledge Base for answers to questions and problems.

All you need is your username, password and ticket number if you want to check a ticket's status. This new service allows UAA users to bypass telephone hold times in reaching an IT Call Center technician for support.
