A Look at Ravens' Roost Cohousing with Terri Pauls - March 21, 2013

by Michelle Saport  |

Thursday, March 21, 5-7 p.m. UAA Campus Bookstore Ravens' Roost Cohousing is the first owner-designed neighborhood in Anchorage. Cohousing neighborhoods consist of 20-35 private homes, clustered among shared facilities, which are custom-designed by future residents. The legal structure is similar to that of a condominium association except that all households participate in decision making by consensus. Terri Pauls has taught at UAA in Environmental Studies.

This event is free and open to the public, with free parking in the South Lot, the lot across from the bookstore. For more information, contact Rachel Epstein, repstein2@uaa.alaska.edu or (907) 786-4782, or visit the bookstore website.
