This event in the Research in Action: The Behavioral Medicine Lecture Series will focus on techniques that empower healthy living. Join Dr. Freeman for this dynamic walk through decades of clinical research on the power of the mind to modify physiology, biochemistry, mood state and quality of life. Learn simple techniques for taking control of your thoughts via the use of imagination.
