Just one week left to apply to be resident advisor or peer mentor; deadline is March 1

The Department of Residence Life is actively recruiting for resident advisors (RAs) and peer mentors (PMs) for the fall 2013-spring 2014 academic year. Working as either an RA or PM is an enjoyable and challenging experience, and provides opportunities to gain marketable skills in human relations, customer service, time management and team building that few other positions can offer.

Compensation for resident advisors: $8.50 hourly wage for desk duty (minimum 4 hours per week), plus room and board

Compensation for peer mentors: $8.50 hourly wage for desk duty (minimum 10 hours per week) and a $200 reduction on a single suite via University Housing & Dining Services. In addition, at the end of each successfully completed semester, peer mentors will receive a $550 credit to their student accounts.
