'Principled Negotiations: Applying Cooperative Principles for a Sustainable Alaska' with Steve Konkel, May 2

"Principled Negotiations: Applying Cooperative Principles for a Sustainable Alaska" offers solutions on how to use Alaska pioneer spirit and heart to advance sustainable programs. Examples concerning drinking water, sanitation and wind energy projects for Alaska communities will be discussed. Presenter Steve Konkel holds a bachelor's in architectural engineering from the University of Colorado, a master's in city planning from Harvard and a Ph.D. in environmental policy development from MIT. He is teaching PADM 640 Dispute Resolution this summer at UAA.
