Friday, Nov. 21, 3:30-5 p.m. ConocoPhillips Integrated Science Building, Room 120

The Department of Biological Sciences is thrilled to invite you to this compelling presentation given by Cheryl Ann Denesha Wilga, Ph.D., department chair of biological sciences at the University of Rhode Island.

Denesha Wilga is a lifelong advocate and researcher of sharks, running the Functional Morphology Laboratory for her institution. Denesha Wilga's research centers on the functional morphology and evolution of behaviors in sharks that are key to individual survival such as feeding and locomotion.

Please help us give Denesha Wilga a big, Alaska welcome!
