Offices closing for Administrative Services holiday celebration this Friday, Dec. 19

The following offices will be closed/open as noted on Friday, Dec. 19, for the Administrative Services Division meeting/holiday celebration.

• Administrative Services Operations: Will be closed all day
• Athletics:
  • Administrative Offices will close from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Wells Fargo Sports Complex will remain open
  • Alaska Airlines Center will remain open
• Budget Office: Will close at 10:30 a.m.
• Business Services:
  • UAA Campus Bookstore will remain open
  • General Support Services
    • Copy and Print Center will be closed 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
    • Mailroom will be closed 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Housing/Dining & Conference Services will remain open
  • Parking Services will close at 11 a.m.
  • Facilities and Campus Services: Offices will close at 11 a.m. for the day
  • Financial Services: All offices will close from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
  • Human Resource Services: Will close from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
  • Information Technology Services: Will remain open
  • Procurement Services: Will be closed 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Sustainability: Will be closed 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • University Police Department: Will remain open
    • Emergency Management: Will close at 10:30 a.m.
