June 12, 2015: Rolling list of departments closed for Administrative Services meeting

Please see below for the list of departments closing early this Friday for the Administrative Services division-wide meeting. Closures will be added to this list and the UAA master calendar as they're announced. To add your department, email the details to uaa_news@uaa.alaska.edu.

  • Athletics will close at 11 a.m. for the day.
  • Business Services
    • General Support Services (Seawolf Postal Express, Copy & Print Center, Surplus & Relocation) will close at 11 a.m.
      • Note: Seawolf Postal Express/Central Receiving will close the service counter at 10:30 a.m. to process all morning mail. There will be no afternoon mail routes this day.
    • Parking Services will close at 11 a.m.
    • Seawolf Shuttle
      • There will be no campus shuttle service Friday, June 12. Please see posted schedules for details. Regular route times will resume Monday, June 15.
    • UAA Campus Bookstore will close at 11 a.m.
    • University Center Bookstore will close at 11 a.m.
    • Wendy Williamson will remain open.
  • Budget Office will be closed 11 a.m.-3 p.m.
  • Facilities and Campus Services will close at 11 a.m.
    • If assistance is needed, please call (907) 786-6980 for information.
  • Facilities Maintenance Work Management Offices will be closed 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
    • For emergencies, call UPD at (907) 786-1120 or leave a message on our office phone at (907) 786-6980.
  • Facilities Planning & Construction will close at 11 a.m.
  • EHSRMS will be closed 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m., but will be available on-call.
    • Please call UPD at (907) 786-1120 if an emergency arises.
  • Financial Services will be closed 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
    • Cashiering
    • Accounts Payable
    • Wolfcard Office
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Financial Aid Disbursements
  • Human Resource Services will close at 11 a.m.
  • Information Technology Services will remain open.
  • Procurement Services will close at 11 a.m.
  • University Police Department will remain open.
  • Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services Office will be closed 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
