Professor Fortson publishes article on tribal court jurisdiction in Alaska in 'Alaska Law Review' Professor Ryan Fortson, J.D., legal studies faculty in the Justice Center, has published an article, "Advancing Tribal Court Jurisdiction in Alaska," in the Alaska Law Review.
