Monday, Jan. 18, 6-8 p.m. Varsity Sports Grill

Join Chef Matt Little Dog and staff for the first ever Varsity Cooking Class. On the menu is wild Alaska salmon - where Chef will demonstrate searing, roasting and grilling techniques. A few lucky students may even get to participate as sous chefs. Class includes demonstration, dinner and wine tasting.

$50 per person. RSVP today as space is limited to 30 attendees.
