UAA celebrates its Greek life community

The undergraduate Greeks of UAA recently participated in International Badge Day, a celebration of the sorority and fraternity experience. For the event, Greek members (both active and alumni) wore formal attire and their organization's badge/pin. The attached photo was taken to commemorate the occasion. Although many of the Greek students were unable to be photographed at this specific time due to schedule conflicts, we had eight staff members with Greek ties participate. The photo displays 12 members representing 10 different Greek organizations.

To help grow the Greek community at UAA, the Student Clubs and Greek Life office would like to connect with Greek alumni working on campus. If you are a staff or faculty member who belongs to a Greek organization, please contact Cody Buechner at cmbuechner@uaa.alaska.edu and include your name, UAA department and Greek membership. All interested alumni will be invited to participate in Greek events at UAA and represent their organization.
