What do you when you encounter a troll, disgruntled customer or ragger who's spreading misinformation on your social media page? March's Social Media Brown Bag focuses on how to navigate and defuse the intense conversations, tough questions and awkward situations you may encounter as a social media manager. We also welcome special guest, Vice Chancellor of University Relations, Kristin DeSmith, who will discuss the university's policy on communication during a campuswide event from natural disturbances like university closures and earthquakes to an active-shooter crisis.
