UPDATED: Bicycle event at GHH is now closed

UPDATE 5/31/16: Update from the recovered bicycles. Nearly all bikes, frames and single wheels found a good home Friday. The remaining parts will be offered to Off The Chain, a low cost, volunteer run, 501 (c) (3) bicycle community. Thanks for the support. This event is closed.

UAA Facilities Campus Services conducted a sweep of UAA campus wide and a number of bicycles were recovered. The bicycles are in various conditions from poor to fair, but may have some value as parts. If you are interested, facilities will make the bicycles available to the UAA General Public, beginning Friday, May 27 through Thursday, June 2, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily (except weekends and holidays) at the Gordon Hartlieb Hall, Fleet Shop. The remaining bicycles and parts will be recycled as scrap on Friday, June 3. Bring tools you think would be needed as facilities will not have tools to lend.
