Spring 2017: Take a break for wellness

Wellness breaks are free and open to all UAA employees (including student workers). Breaks are low in intensity--no change of clothes required. This semester, breaks will be custom-tailored to meet the needs and goals of participating employees. Read more to view the schedule for Spring 2017.
