Becky Beck accepts the Small Business Advocate of the Year for Southcentral Alaska award from the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Becky Beck, director of the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Alaska Business Center, has received the Small Business Advocate of the Year for Southcentral Alaska from the U.S. Small Business Administration. Becky is tireless in her efforts to assist businesses in realizing their dreams and connecting them to the variety of services available to small businesses in Alaska. She also is a leader among the SBA resource partners who serve small businesses across the state.

The award was announced as part of National Small Business Week 2018. Celebrated each year since 1963, the week-long event recognizes outstanding small business owners for their personal successes and contributions to our nation.
