Premera coverage updates

Statewide HR reported issues with the payroll file sent to Premera for updates/changes to employee and family health insurance coverage. Individuals who had new coverage, or coverage changes, for May or June, should now have access to their Premera information online at premera.com.
Temporary ID cards can be printed by logging in at premera.com or call Customer Service at 1-800-364-2982. On the website, be sure to change your current location to "AK."
There continue to be issues with the file from payroll to Premera for July, which includes changes made during open enrollment. If you have an urgent need, contact your benefits department at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call your benefits staff in the HR Offices at (907) 786-4608.
