Native Student Services invites incoming students to register for Fall 2018 Native Early Transition (NET) program

by Michelle Saport  |

Native Student Services (NSS) wants to help new students transition from their hometown to UAA and from high school to college. One way we can help is through the Native Early Transition (NET) program.

What can the NET program help students accomplish?

  • Become familiar with UAA before the first day of classes
  • Personalized transitional advising
  • Learn about UAOnline, DegreeWorks, Blackboard and how to check UAA email
  • Move into the Residence Halls early (if living on-campus)
  • Make new friends, connect with staff and faculty

The NET program will take place on the UAA campus Monday, Aug. 20 through Friday, Aug. 24. Instruction for the fall semester begins Monday, Aug. 27.

Registration is free! Seats fill up quickly, so register early. Register here.
