General Support Services closure set for Dec. 7, 2018

Important mailroom, surplus, recycling, and copy & print center information for UAA departments. Upcoming closures and temporary service/route adjustments. UAA Surplus and Relocation will be unavailable Dec. 10-Jan. 4 for reallocation of staff due to the seasonal rush in other units. General Support Services will be closed 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Dec. 7. No afternoon mail routes Dec. 7. If you are expecting mail/packages on an afternoon route, please call to confirm receipt and it can be picked up from the mailroom between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Recycling pick-ups will be completed as scheduled. General Support Services will close at 1 p.m. on Dec. 21 to process all outgoing mail and print jobs before the holiday closure. No afternoon mail routes Dec. 21. If you are expecting mail/packages on an afternoon route, please call to confirm receipt and it can be picked up from the mailroom between noon and 1 p.m. Remember, all outgoing FedEx envelopes/packages must be received by noon in order to be processed the same day. Recycling pick-up routes may vary Dec. 10-21 and Jan. 2-11 due to student employee schedules.Friday, Dec. 7, General Support Services (GSS) will be closed 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
