Slideshow: Culinary and Bakery Boot Camp

Culinary Arts Instructor April Eide teaches bakery decorative skills during the 2019 Culinary and Bakery Boot Camp in UAA's Cuddy Hall. UAA Community and Technical College's Culinary Arts and Hospitality Administration Division hosts the camp each summer for middle and high school students.

Culinary Arts and Hospitality Administration just wrapped up its summer Culinary and Bakery Boot Camps that took place in the Lucy Cuddy Hall in June and July for youth ages 11-17. Classes ranged from basic to advanced, teaching youth skills that they can use in life.
