Spring 2020 Blackboard course shells available Nov. 4

Spring 2020 course shells will be available in Blackboard on Monday, Nov. 4.
The default course shell for Spring 2020 has changed slightly from this semester to align more closely with best practices, including Quality Matters (QM) standards, and to address a known issue.
The changes include:
- An accessibility reminder in the Announcements area. Please note this reminder is not visible to students.
- Minor changes to the course navigation menu.
- The course banner has been removed to address a known issue where the image appears broken.
Instructors are welcome to modify all of these features in their courses. For assistance in the design and development of your course, please reach out to our Instructional Design team. If you need technical assistance, please contact the UAA Technical Support Center.
