The College of Business and Public Policy (CBPP) provides an educational experience uniquely positioned for meeting the needs of professions locally in Alaska and beyond globally. The Dean's office is seeking a motivated Administrative Specialist who possesses outstanding organization, administrative and communication skills to join our team. The Dean of the CBPP is responsible for all programs, curriculum, accreditation, students, college partnerships and the coordination of community campus business programs and satellite campuses and the Administrative Specialist plays an integral role assisting in these areas. This position primarily provides executive level assistance to the Dean and the Associate Dean, as well as works regularly with all members of the College, campus community, and the external public on a variety of projects and assignments. Besides an eagle eye for detail and top-notch writing skills, we are looking for someone who gets excited to learn new skills and take on new tasks is as productive working with others as they are on their own, and is an expert at staying organized while managing multiple projects and duties.
