UAA is doing an internal search for a highly motivated team member to lead the facilities organization and oversee the University's facilities and educational property. Reporting directly to the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services, this position is responsible for managing the approximately 3.5M GSF of facilities and hundreds of acres of educational lands on five of the University's Campuses (Anchorage, MSC, KOC, PWSC, KPC/KBC). The position directly supervises approximately five direct reports and 90 indirect technical, professional, and administrative staff.
