During UAA Department of Physics and Astronomy Professor Dr. Travis Rector's 2018 sabbatical, he split his time between Arizona and Chile working on a telescope project decades in the making. UAA IT Services (ITS) has recently deployed new tools that will provide a greater level of service and support for students, faculty and staff. We have just released the Seawolf Tech Portal; a tool that will allow you to submit/modify/retrieve IT requests and give users the ability to search knowledge base articles that contain solutions to solve some of the top technical issues called into the Technical Support Center.
