Changes to Enrollment Services Call Center

UPDATE (March 31, 2020): Enrollment Services Call Center is open for business. Students with questions regarding Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, Transcripts, Transfer, Graduation, Student Records, International Student Visas, DegreeWorks or Military benefits are welcome to call 786-1480.
Despite a great deal of effort and collaboration with IT, we have been unable to stand up the Enrollment Services Call Center (907-786-1480) remotely. Individual employees still have access to their individual work numbers via jabber; otherwise, for the fastest response, students, staff and faculty are encouraged to email. Staff are checking and responding to emails constantly throughout the day (view email addresses for Enrollment Services). Otherwise, individuals may call 907-786-1543 and leave a message. Staff will be checking this number periodically throughout the day and will respond to calls as quickly as possible.
