Student communication shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all

UAA Chancellor Sandeen recently wrote an article for Times Higher Education about how important it is to understand students' needs and concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes recognizing that one approach does not work for every student.

"Many students have the potential to successfully continue their education in fall and they have the motivation to do so. It’s our job to proactively reach out to them in any way we can, and to personalise our approach to deliver what they need," Chancellor Sandeen wrote.
