The UAA Employee Wellness Program is going virtual! We have so many ways for you to join us this semester in improving our wellness together. Students from the Department of Health, Physical Education and Recreation will be leading live wellness breaks, providing quick educational Wellness Minute videos and hosting Wellness Workshops for you to virtually attend from wherever you are! Like and Follow the UAA Employee Wellness Facebook page (@uaawellness) for more wellness information, updates, reminders, events and more! We have Meatless Monday recipes, a Wellness Walk Scavenger Hunt with new items to find and share every Wellness Wednesday, and Thoughtful Thursday questions to promote positive energy. This is also where you can meet your student wellness leaders from HPER and where they will be posting short Wellness Minute segments for quick wellness education, recordings of wellness breaks, and Wellness Workshops that you can attend to dig even deeper into wellness and participate in an activity. More details to come. Our webpage will also be a great resource where you can find recordings of all of these events after they have been posted (currently being updated to support these features).
