Introducing the Shared Services Implementation Project website

Dear UAA Community,
I am pleased to announce the launch of the UAA Shared Services Implementation Project website that will feature the latest information about the UAA Shared Services initiative. The site will serve as a convenient reference where you will find:
- Shared services communications
- Implementation Task Force activities
- Project timelines and information
The planning phase of the UAA Shared Services Implementation Project is well underway and will continue through December. Ninety-seven UAA employees with fiscal-related job responsibilities have been asked to complete a detailed “current state” questionnaire to collect their specific job activities and work effort percentages. This important information, which comes directly from those performing the work, will be critical as we prepare to officially launch the new UAA Shared Services unit.
