Farewell, Seawolves

Over the course of the last two years, Cathy Sandeen has experienced a major Alaska earthquake, has traveled from the top to the bottom of the state, and although her time at UAA was short, her legacy of resilience and positivity while leading the Seawolf community through challenging times will remain. As Sandeen prepares to exit the 49th state to be closer to home and family, she offers one final farewell before taking her leave at the end of the year and reminds us that she too, learned as much from UAA as the university community did from her in her role as chancellor of Alaska’s largest university.
