March is the most active month for aurora borealis and we have already seen some recent activity. Learn all about the aurora with UAA Planetarian Omega Smith and get some tips on how to catch the northern lights.


UAA Planetarium virtual events will continue every other Thursday during the spring semester. Save the date for the next event in the series: "Coloring the Universe" with Dr. Travis Rector on March 25 at 7 p.m.
