UAA Professor Chad Briggs and MPA graduate students Maya Narang and Cuckoo Gupta  demonstrate how their class uses Discord servers and board games to plan and run Arctic Strategy disaster scenarios.

UAA students recently responded to imagined future emergencies, including wildfires and a missing cruise ship, in a role-playing assignment mimicking the pressures and cascading events policy decision-makers face during disasters.
